A private, made-to-order artwork.一项为收藏者专属创作的艺术委托。

The standard commission is one original pixel portrait composed and drawn by KING for one collector. The $800 scope includes a private consultation, one agreed composition, two reasonable revision rounds, one signed high-resolution PNG master, and one square portrait edition.标准委托为艺术家 KING 面向一位收藏者构思并亲手绘制的一幅原创像素肖像。800 美元服务包含私人沟通、一份确认构图、两轮合理修改、一份艺术家签名高清 PNG 母版及一份方形肖像版本。

A request becomes an accepted commission only after payment, source material, and scope have been reviewed by the artist. If the request cannot be accepted, the payment is refunded in full.付款、创作素材与范围经艺术家审核后，委托才正式成立。若画室无法接受该项目，付款将原路全额退还。

The standard commission price is USD $800 and will be collected once through Creem after this store is approved. No payment is accepted while review is pending. Card details will be processed by Creem and are never stored by KING Pixel Atelier. Additional characters, unusually complex environments, rush delivery, physical printing, shipping, or commercial rights require a separate written quotation and are never added without the collector's approval.增加人物、复杂场景、加急交付、实体印刷、运输或商业授权须另行书面报价，未经收藏者确认不会产生额外收费。

Digital delivery, usually within 14 days.数字交付，通常在 14 天内完成。

The standard schedule begins when the commission is accepted and usable source material has been received. Previews and final files are delivered electronically. No physical object or shipping is included unless separately agreed in writing.标准周期从委托正式接受且收到可用素材之日起计算。预览与最终文件均以电子方式交付；除非另有书面约定，标准委托不包含实体作品或运输。

The collector should respond to previews within seven calendar days. Delayed feedback, new source material, or a change in scope may extend the schedule.收藏者应在收到预览后七个自然日内反馈。反馈延迟、更换素材或改变委托范围，均可能顺延交付时间。

Fair to the collector. Fair to the work.尊重收藏者，也尊重已经发生的创作。

• If the artist declines the request, the payment is refunded in full.若艺术家拒绝该委托，付款将全额退还。
• A collector may cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, provided individualised work has not begun.付款后 24 小时内，若尚未开始个性化创作，收藏者可取消并获得全额退款。
• After a composition study has been delivered, cancellation receives a 50% refund.构图方案交付后取消，可退还 50% 的委托费用。
• After the first rendered artwork preview has been delivered, the custom service is non-refundable, except for artist non-delivery or a material failure to provide the agreed service.首份完整绘制预览交付后，定制服务原则上不再退款；艺术家未交付或实质性未提供约定服务的情况除外。
• If the artist misses the agreed schedule and the collector does not accept a revised date, the collector may request a full refund.若艺术家未能按约定时间交付，且收藏者不接受新的日期，可申请全额退款。

Refunds return to the original payment method. Submit a cancellation, refund, or billing dispute through the customer-service form below. The studio normally responds within two business days.退款将原路退回付款方式。取消、退款或账单争议请通过下方客服表单提交，画室通常会在两个工作日内回复。

Personal ownership, with authorship intact.属于你的私人收藏，保留艺术家的作者身份。

After full payment, the collector receives a perpetual personal-use licence to display, print, and use the final work as a personal avatar. Copyright and authorship remain with KING unless commercial rights are granted in a separate written agreement.完成全部付款后，收藏者获得永久的个人使用许可，可私人展示、印刷并用作个人头像。除非另有书面商业授权，作品著作权与作者身份仍归 KING 所有。

The artist may show non-private commissions in the portfolio. A commission marked private is not used in public promotion. The collector confirms that they own or have permission to use every submitted reference image.艺术家可在作品集中展示非私人委托；标记为私人的委托不会用于公开宣传。收藏者确认其拥有或已获授权使用所提交的全部参考素材。

The studio may decline any subject.画室保留拒绝任何主题的权利。

KING Pixel Atelier does not accept illegal content, explicit sexual content, exploitation of minors, hateful or harassing material, deceptive impersonation, or work that infringes another person's copyright, privacy, or publicity rights.KING Pixel Atelier 不接受违法内容、露骨色情内容、涉及未成年人剥削的内容、仇恨或骚扰材料、欺骗性冒充，以及侵犯他人著作权、隐私权或形象权的委托。

Source material stays private.创作素材保持私密。

The studio collects the name, email, brief, privacy preference, source images, correspondence, payment status, and delivery history needed to evaluate and fulfil a commission. The payment provider separately processes payment and anti-fraud data under its own privacy policy.画室仅收集评估与完成委托所需的姓名、邮箱、创作说明、隐私偏好、参考图片、沟通记录、付款状态及交付记录。支付与反欺诈资料由支付服务商依据其自身隐私政策另行处理。

Information is used to provide customer service, create and deliver the work, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal record-keeping duties. It is not sold. Access is limited to the artist and essential service providers.相关资料仅用于客户服务、创作与交付、防止滥用、处理争议及履行法定记录义务，不会出售给第三方。访问权限仅限艺术家及必要的服务提供商。

Source images are normally deleted within 12 months after final delivery unless a longer period is requested, consented to, or required for a dispute. Customer-service messages may be retained for up to 24 months. Transaction records are retained as required by applicable law.
